Established in Jersey 2015 by Claire Allenet. Claire is a professional chef who trained at Leith’s School of Food & Wine In London and most recently at the Relais & Chateaux Restaurant, Longueville Manor, Jersey.

Claire provides a personalised food experience by bringing a dining, teaching or learning experience into the comfort of your own home/venue. Using the skills she has gained within her culinary background to create a bespoke menu to your exact specifications to provide you with an enriching and memorable food experience.

Claire’s inspiration derives from Island life and in particular the evolutional journey that food takes from field to fork. Looking at the important role this plays within the family home & the commercial kitchen.

Cooking with seasonal ingredients and achieving natural flavours that compliment each other are the essential elements of Claire’s working practise – a culinary celebration of creative imagination, clever pairing and a professional attention to detail.

Her continued aim is to explore the islands natural abundance of nutritious produce. Focusing purely on flavour, functionality and respect for the ingredient whilst at the same time maintaining our connection with the Seasons and nature. A discovery of fresh food and a journey to promote ingredients that are naturally beneficial to us.

Claire uses her culinary craft to provide ethical and sustainable food, whilst enriching others by encouraging quality food, good health & sense of self-reliance.
